The days listed for licenses are for real-life days - not in-game days.Have the license(s) for the species of fish you want to catch.Be sure to save some money to go to the location you want to fish at.Currency is disgustingly imbalanced in this game. Otherwise I'd be stuck on LoneStar Lake because I'd have no money to go anywhere else. I'm exploiting the crappy fees and currency things in this game as much as I can. Including hotel charges, food, entertainment, tourism, and the trip back. Even if you towed a large boat from Washington state to Florida and stayed for a week the in real life cost wouldn't even come close to that. Using Florida as an example who in the world, in real life, spends $8,500 per day to go fishing? FIshing does not cost that much.

I don't feel bad for exploiting the game like this and saving a ton of in-game currancy because the devs obviously don't feel bad about the horrible imbalance they've created. If you press alt+F4 the game closes without logging out and when you start it again you're where you stopped instead of on the global map. I was continually ending up flat broke in this game because of the cost of travelling until I discovered a way around it Crash the game instead of logging out.

If i log out i have to pay another 12k.pointless really. My 'allotted' game time hasn't changed, i just can't afford to go to say Florida for $12,000 and break even with only a couple hours of game play.
